Standard Operating Procedures

This document – Standard Operating Procedures in conjunction with the Workplace Agreement will form the only mutually accepted Contract of Employment with TCB Elite Security Services, which must be signed by both parties – the Company and Employee.

As a Security Officer you represent yourself, the Company, your fellow Security Officers and the Security Protection Industry in general.

It is important for a Security Officer to always act with utmost professionalism and integrity.

This manual is designed to ensure the provision of a high level of quality service to the Client.

It is mandatory for the Employee to familiarise him/her with the contents of this document and strictly adhere to the following rules and regulations set by the Company. Not knowing any of the contents of the SOPs will not justify breaching or failing to comply with them.

It is the responsibility of the Employee to understand the contents of this document and enquire if in question, prior to signing and commencement of employment with the Company.

This document is a condition precedent to employment with the Company. It must be signed and adhered to at all times to ensure continuous employment with the Company.
